Why Steve?
A bloody good photographer , but there’s more to it than that…
This day is the culmination of the weeks, months and years leading up to it. A classy and perhaps boozy concoction of ideas and decisions that you’ve made to create a lasting memory that you will share intimately with your closest of people…and maybe a dog here or there.
So choosing the right person to spend the day with is important.
It’s no secret, I’m your photographer. I turn up to your day with 2 camera’s strapped to my waist like some terribly handsome cowboy impressionist and as a relative stranger to 98% of your guest list, but leaving as friend and family to 100% of your wedding.
From the moment you involve me in your day I become your advisor and assistant if you need help and on the day I'm your time-keeper, banter bringer, conversationalist, furniture mover, crowd-pleaser, instruction giver, dress foofer (i’m rolling with that spelling) and the one that helps ties ties.
As a lot of my couples tend to say, I become a part of your wedding day.
Don’t roll the dice with that dodgy Facebook group, a proper wedding photographer does more than just take photo’s for your camera roll.
How do you like to do it?
I am not that photographer that will stay in the dark corner of a room photographing at a distance. That’s no fun at all!
If you want that type of photographer then I’m definitely not for you. I’ve tried that and my natural approach always brings me back to chatting, laughing and bantering my way through the day, getting up close and personal to get those intimate candid shots that everyone longs for in their wedding gallery.
Why is my approach like this? Because this is about people and the moments that they share. and you just cannot capture those memories honestly and intimately from 100ft away.

The Couple
What do I need from my couple’s…
Bring that positive energy and the mentality that your day will be the most epic wedding of epic weddings. The one that all of your friends will talk about for years to come. The only thing that I want from all of my couple’s is to bring that positive fun energy to their day and be in the moment. It’s your wedding day. Be fun. Be spontaneous.
Let’s just have a bloody good time and trust me, I’ll get you the photo’s.

“It was a genuine pleasure having Steve as our photographer for our big day! It was just like having a guest there that was a friend that you could have good banter with that just so happened to be a really good photographer as well. So many people commented on how nice he was throughout the day and how comfortable they all felt around him.
Steve also photographed my little brothers wedding, which is how we discovered him. Even though Steve lives about a 2 hour drive away from our venue, he still made the effort to travel all that way for us.
He was like a silent assassin with his photography skills, never knowing when he was taking pictures, so this meant he could easily capture the genuine moments with us and all of our guests.
